Agricultural exports grew by US firm

 

Peruvian agricultural exports would increase by $ 300 million in the coming years, estimated the Minister of Agriculture and Irrigation (MINAGRI), Juan Manuel Benites.

The head of the sector signed several agreements with the United States initially agricultural products such as papaya and mango can more easily enter the country.

Benites said such products come mainly from the central jungle and Apurimac River Valley, Ene and Mantaro (Vraem).

He also announced that the US Department of Agriculture published in the next 60 days the rules facilitate access of Peruvian citrus and peppers.
